Prep-Tec is an established Stainless Steel Fabrication Company centrally situated in the Northwest of England in our own factory which was purpose built in 1990, primarily to service the ever demanding Paper and Pulp Industries.

Since then we have built up a reputation for high quality workmanship, attention to detail and competitive prices.

With our dedicated staff of over 50 highly skilled personnel and having been awarded an Operational quality system BSEN ISO 9002: 1994 we can assure our customers of a quality job being carried out from concept, design, manufacture, installation through to after sales service.

All our production personnel have under gone a Passport to Safety course, which is becoming a requirement necessity by UK industries to ensure full awareness of all current hygiene standards and safety regulations.

We have recently been heavily involved in the fast growing tissue manufacturing market and have supplied tanks, pipework and site services to the majority of all recently new project developments throughout the UK and Europe.

We have over the years expanded our services into Breweries, Soft Drinks, Dairies, Food-manufacturing, Paints and Inks, in fact any industry that has a process.

We have also developed an Ultrafiltration System for Process Product recovery and/or treating waste water. This is quickly becoming an essential piece of equipment to various process industries who are being forced by their local water treatment works to lower their C.O.D. and suspended solid discharge levels. ( For more information on Ultrafiltration click here)

Our workshop is fully equipped with all the necessary cutting, forming, welding, finishing and lifting equipment including a newly acquired 3 m x 225 tonne Pressbrake, together with our 20 permanent Welding bays we are able to manufacture the smallest intricate Fabrications to the largest 6 m dig vessels weighing up to 10 tonnes in one unit.
